NS Balakrishna has filed a petition before the Lokayukta Special Court against formar KAS officer H D Balakrishna Gowda, Balakrishna Gowda is the eldest son of former prime minister H D Deve Gowda (HD Kumaraswamy's brother)
Balakrishne gauda was worked as KAS officer since1984 to 2005. In his service he earned a total income of Rs 30 lakh.
After VRS in 2005, he purchased assets worth of 77 crores .
