Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested Abid and Shariq are both students of Islamia Faridia Higher Secondary School at Kishtwar who involved in delhi blast.
Abid and Shariq were sent the email to media houses in Delhi claiming that the Harkat-ul-Jihad Islami was responsible for the attack.
They have been charged under Section 120(B) of the IPC (criminal conspiracy) and under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
Asked about progress in the case, R K Singh (Union Home Secretary) said there were clues and arrests had been made.
